Jennifer Gidwani is a Dominion mom of three children who have been attending Dominion since 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from The Pennsylvania State University and prior to leaving the workforce to raise her three children, she worked as the Director of Human Resources for two local software companies. Jennifer has served at the school in a volunteer capacity throughout her time here. This has included being a spaghetti lunch coordinator, Librarian, Historical Festival team mom, costume and make-up committee for the drama department and coaching for the Middle School, JV and Varsity girls volleyball teams. Jennifer and her husband, Mahesh, and their two daughters and son attend McLean Bible Church.
Jordan Gladwin is a Product Development Manager at USAN, Inc., a software company based in Atlanta, GA. He studied Business Information Technology at Virginia Tech. Prior to that, Jordan attended a Christian school in Fairfax county, where he met his wife, Charlotte. They have been attending McLean Bible Church for 25 years and they have two children who attend Dominion.
Audrey Lim has been in the Dominion community since 2017, first as the Director of Admissions, Marketing and Advancement, and now as a parent at Dominion's South Campus. Post-pandemic, she returned to work in the media industry as a Business Development Strategist for Comcast Advertising in its ad sales division. She specializes in demand generation and utilizes data-driven insights to craft impactful stories that drive business growth. She has a Master of Global Economy and Strategy from Yonsei University in South Korea, and a Bachelor of Media and Communications from the University of Melbourne in Australia. Audrey and her husband, Rev. Moses Lim, have three young children and serve at Washington United Korean Presbyterian Church. Together as a family, they raise five ducks on their own property, and have started a chicken farm in South India in partnership with a local missionary.
Dan Morgan is a Managing Director at Independent Financial Planning, a financial planning firm and Virginia registered investment advisor. He is a CFP professional and spent his undergrad at the University of Virginia. Dan and his wife, Tami, have three children at Dominion. His children attend the North Campus where he also enjoys working on the landscaping and outdoor aesthetics. Dan and his family attend Reston Bible Church where they participate in Shepherd Groups and other ministries.
Bob Houston, Dominion's board chairman, had 27 years of experience in federal law enforcement and the intelligence community. He currently co-owns a consulting firm focused on strategies to counter human-trafficking. Bob previously served as an Assistant Professor of National Security Policy and Strategy at National Defense University in Washington, DC. He holds a B.S. in Political Science and Public Administration, a M.S. in National Security Strategy, and a J.D. Bob has been active in Scouting and coaching youth sports. He and his wife have one child currently at Dominion and another who graduated from Dominion in 2023 after 13 great years at the school. Bob and his family attend Cedar Run Community Church.
Suzanne Medairy has over 20 years of experience working for Booz Allen Hamilton, designing and developing web applications for clients across the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Fortune 100 commercial clients. She holds an undergraduate degree in Imaging and Digital Art from University of Maryland Baltimore County and a master’s degree in Information Technology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. Suzanne and her husband, Brad, have two children that attend Dominion Christian School and a recent graduate of Dominion Christian School. Suzanne has served in various volunteer roles at Dominion since 2008. Suzanne, her husband, daughter and two sons attend Reston Bible Church.
Dr. Scott Redd
Dr. Scott Redd is the president and Stephen B. Elmer Professor of Old Testament at the Washington, D.C., campus of Reformed Theological Seminary. Scott began his career at the Burson-Marsteller office in downtown Washington, D.C., where he was involved in media consultation for multiple national and international corporate clients. He decided to leave the business world to pursue a Master of Divinity at RTS in Orlando, and then went on to complete his doctoral dissertation in the Department of Semitic Language and Egyptian Languages and Literatures at the Catholic University of America. In 2009, Scott came back to his alma mater to join on the faculty of RTS Orlando, where he also served as Dean of Students, before moving to Washington, D.C., in 2012. Scott has also taught at Catholic University of America, the Augustine Theological Institute in Malta, the International Training Institute in the Mediterranean basin, and for Third Millennium Ministries. Scott is married to the love of his life, Jennifer, and together they have five daughters.
Jeff Schmidt is a Senior Property Accountant at American Real Estate Partners, a commercial real estate investment company. He earned his BBA in Accounting and Master in Accounting from the College of William and Mary and earned his CPA soon thereafter. Jeff and his family have been with Dominion since the opening of the Potomac Falls campus. He and his wife, Cristina, have three children attending Dominion. They are members of Cascades Bible Church and serve in the children's and nursery ministries.
Scott Seifert is a Systems Engineer for Capital Sciences, developing aviation surveillance systems to improve air traffic control and make air travel safer and more efficient. His current project uses satellite-based receivers to provide real-time worldwide aircraft information to air traffic controllers globally. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Grove City College, where he met his wife Annie. They are parents of 3 Dominion students, and attend Reston Community Church. Scott also serves as President of his neighborhood board, coaches his son’s baseball team, and teaches Sunday School.
Rob Warren is a Sr. Capture Executive with CACI, serving clients across law enforcement, intel, DOD, and the federal civilian space. Prior to CACI, Rob worked in commercial consulting and telecom. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, with a B.S. in Management Science and Information Systems. Rob is a former Past President of the D.C. Society Sons of the American Revolution and has served in various capacities for non-profit hereditary societies. He and his wife, Sharla, are parents of three children, all of whom attend Dominion. His family attends The Falls Church Anglican where they serve on the Sunday Welcome committee. Rob has volunteered at Dominion for several years and thoroughly enjoys volunteering as a team dad for Dominion's Historical Festival.
Dr. Sam Pappas is an Internal Medicine physician specializing in the fields of Personalized Medicine and Integrative Health and Wellness. Dr. Pappas has over 25 years of experience and has practiced in a variety of diverse positions in both academic health centers and private practice in roles as a clinician, educator, and administrator. He attended undergrad at Lehigh University, completed medical school at Pennsylvania State College of Medicine and his residency training, including a year as Chief Resident, at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. In Cleveland, he met his wife Joyce, an Intensive Care Unit nurse, who put her medical school career on hold to start a family and help support Sam in his career and the care of his ill parents. Sam and Joyce now run their own medical practice, Pappas Health. They are the parents of three children, and their youngest attends Dominion. Sam and his family attend St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church in Falls Church.
Lori Windham is Senior Counsel at Becket, a non-profit that defends religious liberties. She has represented a variety of religious groups at every level from the district courts to the Supreme Court. Her work has included cases under the Free Exercise Clause, Establishment Clause, RFRA, RLUIPA, and state religious freedom laws. She has been invited to debate and lecture on religious liberty issues at Yale Law School, Central European University, Georgetown University Law Center, and other venues. She has also testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights on religious freedom issues. Lori regularly appears in national media to speak about her cases, including appearances on CBS, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, and other outlets. Concurrent with her outstanding work defending religious liberties of Americans, Lori is an engaged mom of two Dominion students.
